HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing excellent customer service.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and preventative care
• Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe working condition
• Participate in on-call rotations as required

• High school diploma or GED required
• HVAC certification or completion of an accredited HVAC program preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
