Experienced Plumber - Residential & Commercial (3-5 Years)

We are seeking a reliable, experienced plumber with 3-5 years of full-time experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both residential and commercial service and repair as well as new construction installations. This role requires a hands‑on tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with customers and colleagues, and demonstrates punctuality and dependability on every job.

• Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Install plumbing fixtures, piping, and appliances for new construction projects according to plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately when required.
• Interact with homeowners, property managers, and contractors respectfully and clearly to explain issues and solutions.
• Maintain a clean work area, follow safety protocols, and report materials and parts needed to supervisors.

• 3-5 years of documented, full-time plumbing experience.
• Proven experience with both service/repair and new construction environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy.
• Must provide and maintain your own set of hand tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job sites.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor with other contractors.
• Consistent punctuality and good time-management skills.
