The Beanie Factory seeks organized, efficient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Order Fulfillment & Shipping Specialists. This role serves as the final, crucial step in our operation, ensuring both our individual e-commerce customers (HAAKWEAR®) and our bulk wholesale corporate clients (The Beanie Factory) receive their orders accurately and on schedule. We provide complete on‑the‑job training. Throughout the training process, we will assess your strengths and qualifications to position you exactly where you best fit within our logistics, inventory, and shipping workflows.

• Accurately pick, securely pack, and correctly label direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce orders.
• Count, box, and prepare large wholesale bulk orders for business clients and retail accounts.
• Generate domestic shipping labels and manage carrier logistics via digital shipping software.
• Assist with receiving raw materials, monitoring inventory levels, and organizing warehouse stock.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and highly efficient packing and shipping station.
• Collaborate with the production team to track order readiness and minimize packing errors.

• Highly driven and able to learn software and warehouse workflows quickly.
• Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Tech‑literate and comfortable learning digital inventory and shipping systems.
• Physical stamina to continuously move about the warehouse and remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift, stack, and move shipment boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

• No prior warehouse experience required; we provide full training for fast‑learning individuals with a strong work ethic.

This is an hourly, non‑exempt position. Hourly pay rates are competitive and determined based on relevant skills and experience. In strict compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Ohio state law, all hourly employees are paid for all hours worked and are eligible for overtime compensation at a rate of 1.5x their regular hourly rate for any hours worked exceeding 40 hours in a single workweek.
