We are hiring several Temporary Administrative Assistants to support a global construction client with a large‑scale I‑9 documentation project in preparation for an upcoming electronic I‑9 system rollout.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detail‑oriented work
, wants to make an immediate impact, and gain hands‑on compliance experience from day one
. In this role, you will support multiple U.S. offices by collecting, reviewing, and organizing Form I‑9 employment eligibility documentation ahead of a system upgrade.
- Collect and track I‑9 documentation from employees across multiple U.S. offices
- Scan, upload, and organize documents into designated systems
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up with offices and/or employees regarding missing or incorrect information
- Maintain detailed tracking of outreach, received documents, and outstanding items
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and care, ensuring compliance with federal I‑9 requirements
This position involves high‑volume, repetitive administrative work and is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments and value organization, consistency, and precision
.
$18-19/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
