Job Title: Packaging Information Coordinator

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Type: Contract (2–3 months, extensions unlikely)

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Schedule: M-f or M-Th, Fri early day

Work Model: 4:1 Hybrid (Onsite/Remote)

• Maintain and update master Google Sheets containing SKUs, product numbers, and packaging documentation links
• Review and audit technical documentation from plant operations and third-party suppliers for accuracy
• Serve as a liaison between Product Managers, Plant Operations, and external vendors
• Gather, organize, and clean raw product data to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Coordinate and participate in phone calls and Google Meet sessions to resolve discrepancies
• Support production timelines by ensuring packaging data is current and aligned across teams

• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (data entry, filtering, basic formulas, conditional formatting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable managing large volumes of data, hyperlinks, and digital files
• Self-starter with the ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders
