The Packaging Information Coordinator serves as the central connector between Product Development, Manufacturing, and third‑party suppliers to ensure packaging and product data accuracy. This role combines data management, cross‑functional communication, and documentation review to maintain spreadsheet integrity and support production timelines. As the primary custodian of the product data ecosystem, the coordinator ensures that every SKU, product number, and packaging hyperlink is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
This position requires strong attention to detail, proactive outreach, and the ability to organize high volumes of information efficiently.
- Maintain and update master spreadsheets (Google Sheets) containing SKUs, product numbers, and links to packaging documentation.
- Audit and organize technical documentation from plant operations and third‑party suppliers.
- Act as a central point of contact for Product Managers, Plant Operations Managers, and external vendors to gather missing data.
- Transform raw data into clean, searchable formats to support production timelines.
- Schedule and participate in Google Meet sessions and phone calls to troubleshoot discrepancies or delays.
- Review documentation and validate data accuracy across systems.
- Perform data entry and manipulation within G Suite applications.
- Experience managing spreadsheets and structured product data.
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration via phone and video conferencing.
- Experience working with high volumes of SKUs, product numbers, and digital documentation.
- Ability to proactively gather information from multiple stakeholders.
- G Suite experience preferred.
- Experience working with plant operations or third‑party suppliers.
- Exposure to packaging or product lifecycle environments.
