The Senior Preconstruction Technology Engineer works directly with estimating and preconstruction teams to improve how construction planning information is developed, analyzed, visualized, and communicated. This role combines expertise in construction estimating, data visualization, digital tools, and emerging AI technologies to create innovative solutions that improve estimating efficiency and enhance client‑facing deliverables. The individual will work hands‑on with estimating teams in preparing project estimates while also identifying workflow improvement opportunities, developing digital workflow solutions, creating interactive, client‑facing project dashboards, improving estimate presentation materials and methods, and evaluating emerging technologies that enhance preconstruction services.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years full time relevant industry experience
- 1+ year demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software applications
- Geometry - proficiency in measures of length, area and volume calculations.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint
- Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
