Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing heavy civil and sitework contractor delivering complex public and private projects throughout the Tri-State area.

• Manage heavy civil/sitework projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, procurement, and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project staff.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve field and operational challenges.

• 8+ years of Project Management experience within heavy civil, sitework, or infrastructure construction.
• Strong experience with site development, utilities, roadwork, bridges, drainage, excavation, or related civil scopes.
• Proven ability to manage large and complex projects independently.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, change orders, and cost controls.
• Experience with NJ public works and DOT/municipal projects is a plus.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
