Joining JSA with the world's largest autograph exemplar library, this is your chance to work with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world. Whether it’s a Hall of Famer’s baseball, a Hollywood legend’s movie poster, or a rare historical document, every autograph has a tale to tell.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world, using our expertise to protect their value and preserve their legacy for fans and collectors alike.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for producing letters and preparing authentication documents while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Producing letters of authentication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Contacting customers to gather necessary information and ensuring the timely delivery of documents
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and document production
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role that requires strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
