This hybrid position plays a key role in both client communication and daily operations.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Customer Service: Assisting clients with questions, scheduling, and service updates.

- Production Coordination: Managing technician schedules to ensure routes are optimized and efficient.
- Production Coordination: Monitoring daily production to meet performance goals.
- Production Coordination: Making real-time adjustments to schedules as needed to support both clients and technicians.
- Production Coordination: Collaborating with team members to ensure all appointments are handled accurately and timely.
