About the Role
We have a current opening for a Controller and are actively reviewing applications. As a 3PO Repacking Controller, you will report to the North America Repacking Controller and you will serve as a strategic partner to ensure accurate financial control for third‑party repacking operations. You will support the business stakeholders in data collection to prepare financial proposals, verify assumptions and share recommendations.
You will influence decisions that maximize value for the organization. You will ensure the integrity, timeliness of reporting and forecasting.
You will be a part of a team which acts as a financial partner by working closely with business to achieve strategic financial goals.
This role is based in Parsippany, New Jersey (hybrid work model).
Main Responsibilities- Actively support NAM Repacking Controller in the preparation of the 3PO budget, forecast and long‑term plan exercises for the company
- Execute the mass cost run for each fiscal year, open material view and perform material costing based on the business request
- Perform the month‑end activities (Production Orders settlement, Cost reclasses, running and reconciliation variance reporting on DIRA)
- Review and analyze the main production KPIs on a monthly basis with the goal of providing useful insight to the business about monthly performance (production volume, manufacturing efficiencies, price variances)
- Develop the R&O monthly report following the Group template, including contract potential savings evaluation, OVH cost/savings projection and PPV analysis
- Collaborate with the administrative department to periodically review vendor POs and confirm the closing by evaluating the P&L impact
- Create insightful presentations that summarize cost evolution and associated drivers
- Prepare financial impact analyses of new projects
- Perform monthly stock control to evaluate risk of aging and devaluation, identify and address main issues and risks in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance experience required
- Proficiency with SAP (FI/CO modules) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of financial reporting systems preferred (Hyperion Financial Management and Essbase)
- Solid expertise in reporting tools and models, with a proven ability to integrate data‑driven decision‑making into finance roles
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data and analytics to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions
- Effective communication skills to influence, build relationships, and collaborate with team members across various levels of the organization
- Proactive work ethic, able to take initiative in managing tasks, elevate questions/issues promptly, and ensure timely follow‑through
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple work streams
- Ability to work independently and in teams

The base salary range for this position is $ – $ annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
