The Supply Services Finance Manager reports to the North America Supply Finance Director for Mead Johnson Nutrition. The role owns and drives the Supply Services P&L for the USA business encompassing logistics costs (freight and warehousing), inventory write-offs, other commercial COGS, supply services CFCs and commercial inventory. The role partners closely with the Supply Services (SS) organization (i.e. Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning teams) to drive the SS agenda.

Main stakeholders include North America (NA) Supply FP&A team, NA Commercial Finance team and NA Controlling team. The key deliverables for the role encompass oversight of supply services costs and inventory, defining and implementing strong control and compliance frameworks, driving accounting and reporting, owning and socializing the story on SS financial performance and providing key insights to stakeholders, identifying and managing the risks and opportunities for the SS area, driving the productivity agenda with SS team, leading the financial planning and forecasting cycles for SS costs, acting as contact point for Controlling and Audit teams for SS area, building a robust governance cadence with SS function and developing a high performance team under them in SS Finance reporting.

• Work directly with the NA Supply Finance Director, MJN to formulate and align the top-down financial targets to the Supply Services organization, ensuring that key business growth rates and cost objectives are met during this process.
• Lead the annual plan, quarterly forecast, monthly LV process and long‑term strategy plans with the Supply Services organization to roll up the financials (freight, warehousing, finished goods write‑offs, other commercial COGS, SS CFC & inventory) basis operations input. Review, analyze and draw insights and prepare and present relevant analysis / decks during the formal review process.
• Drive the month‑end close process for supply services costs ensuring completeness and accuracy of the financial numbers. Prepare required analysis and link the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the financial results, especially relating to operational and financial metrics such as cost per case (warehouse, freight in, freight out), OOT, TL (LTL + TL), Headcount (WH), picking profile, OT etc.
• End to End Inventory:
  Provide support for monthly Integrated Business Plan (IBP) cycles on financial aspects assessing results vs. key KPIs like inventory WOC (weeks of cover), NWC targets as well as obsolescence and write‑off risks. Prepare & present Supply Finance deck for monthly M  (Management Business Review) cycles highlighting potential risks vs. KPIs and proposing solutions to the leadership team to mitigate them.
• Maintain inventory controls based on Reckitt Financial Controls Framework (RFCF). Accounting for monthly Inventory Provisions based on Group Company Policies, liaising with the Supply and Demand Planning team.
