Accounts Payable Specialist - National Law Firm

A top national law firm is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Finance team. This hybrid opportunity allows you to work one day per week in-office and the remainder remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all aspects of accounts payable in a fast‑paced professional services environment.

• Manage invoice processing, payment scheduling, ACH/wires, and expense reporting.
• Handle vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Prepare and execute 1099 reporting in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with month‑end close procedures and financial analysis.
• Communicate effectively across multiple departments and leadership levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Law firm or professional services experience is required.
• Aderant or Elite 3E experience is highly preferred.
• Chrome River and/or Concur experience is preferred.
