Clinical Supervisor – New Crisis Stabilization Center (Founding Role)

Pro Source Talent is partnering with a mission-driven organization launching a brand-new Crisis Receiving & Stabilization Center serving adults in acute behavioral health crisis.

We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor who wants a true leadership opportunity—not just managing a team, but helping design workflows, clinical culture, and best practices alongside executive leadership. If you’ve led in IOP, PHP, outpatient, detox and inpatient psych, programs, this is your chance to shape something meaningful.

• Supervise and mentor clinicians providing crisis stabilization and step-down care
• Help design clinical protocols, workflows, and program structure
• Provide crisis assessments and brief therapeutic interventions as needed
• Ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care
• Partner with hospitals and community programs on referrals and transitions

• NJ Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Experience in crisis, inpatient psych, detox, IOP/PHP, or outpatient leadership
• Collaborative leader who thrives building new programs

We partner with behavioral health organizations across NY, NJ, Chicago, and beyond to build strong leadership teams in crisis, IOP, PHP, Article 31, and NJ4S programs.
