Director of Business Development; Staffing & Recruiting

What You’ll Do

As our Director of Business Development, you'll represent our PSN brand to current and potential clients to provide tailored Staffing & Recruiting solutions. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team to develop winning strategies, grow key accounts, and expand our reach in the market.

• Drive new business by building relationships with local companies
• Grow and manage existing client accounts provided by PSN
• Partner with recruiters to match top talent with open roles
• Leverage job boards and social media for outreach and ad placement
• Follow up on warm leads provided by our internal team
• Create email marketing campaigns tailored to different industries
• Stay informed about our most placeable candidates to offer top-tier talent to clients
• Keep communication flowing between clients and internal teams

• 4+ years of proven success in staffing/recruiting sales
• Solid knowledge of the NJ/NY client landscape (preferred)
• Comfortable with technology and active on social media
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• A great sense of humor—because let’s face it, we love to work hard and laugh harder
• Established industry contacts are a big plus
