We are currently seeking a full‑time in‑house Corporate Recruiter to work in our Pine Brook, New Jersey headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter looking to work for a well‑established, growing company seeking to fill a broad spectrum of positions such as C‑Suite positions, technical roles, sales roles, administrative roles and warehouse positions. Seeking someone who has a dynamic personality to attract top‑tier talent.

Individual must be a self‑starter, resourceful & engaging individual. Must have either corporate recruiting experience or agency experience.

Responsibilities
  • Developing corporate recruiting initiatives and hiring strategies for full lifecycle recruiting
  • Identifying and developing qualified candidates through traditional recruiting efforts
  • Must think “Outside the Box” and be resourceful for hard to fill positions
  • Screening, interviewing and rating candidates for hiring managers
  • Making job offers and negotiating salaries
  • Assisting in orientation of new hires
Qualifications
  • Proven leader with strong record of recruiting success
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in recruiting for C‑Suite, technical positions and sales positions is required.
  • Dynamic personality is a must.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with company management and personnel.
  • Experience with all facets of Social Media Recruiting.
  • Working knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws and hiring guidelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
