We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join the growing Insights, Digital and Analytics team. This role is responsible for conducting ad hoc Medical Affairs (MA) analytics projects, supporting KPI development for MA operations, partnering with analytics colleagues on responsible AI analytics capabilities, and delivering actionable performance reporting. The position directly influences analytics and reporting strategies to optimize Medical Affairs operations and inform engagement with healthcare providers.

• Design and implement KPIs and performance metrics for content utilization, field engagement effectiveness, AI adoption, and insights generation
• Mine internal and third-party data sources to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate on the development of dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators
• Perform cross-platform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
• Work closely with marketing, media, and product teams to translate business objectives into measurable digital strategies

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in business analytics within the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals preferred)
• Experience supporting medical affairs, health economics, or commercial environments

• Proficiency with analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, statistical analysis, predictive analytics)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data visualization platforms

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, or a related field

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiarity with healthcare industry data sources such as IQVIA or Definitive Healthcare
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations including product launches, healthcare analytics, medical affairs, and payer access
