WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a GenAI Governance Lead at ADP.

• You will define clear objectives, boundaries, and processes for GenAI use at ADP, ensuring that the proposed usage aligns with ADP’s high ethical and legal standards.
• Set clear expectations and document guidelines for GenAI’s operations to prevent misuse.
• Develop internal policies that go beyond the legal minimum, covering ethical considerations and best practices.
• You will partner closely with Privacy to embed privacy by design into the framework.
• You will engage our Security partners to ensure the right controls are in place to protect our data
• You will work with our Legal partners to create policies that mitigate risks across the GenAI landscape.
• You will ensure continuous training and education to keep up with this rapidly evolving field.
• You will play a critical role in enabling the safe use of AI across multiple use cases under your purview.
• You will identify and assess potential risks associated with AI initiatives and take proactive steps to ensure compliance.
• Develop metrics to measure AI compliance across the AI landscape.
• You will partner with our Enterprise Data and Information Governance teams to understand existing processes, tools, and implications to leverage a strong existing governance foundation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in data governance, AI strategy, or a related role in technology, data science, or AI. An understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, or data analytics with a focus on technical and ethical considerations.
• Familiarity with potential AI related regulations (ex: GDPR) and their implications for AI development and use.
• Proven record of effectively leading successful initiatives. Ability to develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for AI enablement and governance aligned with business goals.
• You have strong communications skills are able to convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You thrive in complex situations because you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to asses risks, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions
• You possess an ability to drive change and influence stakeholders to adopt AI-driven governance practices
• Proficiency and proven ability to move projects forward to success
