Infrastructure Separation Lead — Delivery Manager Type: W2 or 1099 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Separation Lead / Delivery Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale IT infrastructure separation and establish a standalone technology environment. The role will be responsible for coordinating infrastructure work streams, systems integrators, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders through separation, cutover, and post-cutover stabilization.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure separation activities across multiple sites and technology work streams.
• Manage infrastructure work streams including network, compute, cloud, identity, data center, and end-user computing

• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Track execution progress and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure separation activities remain on schedule and within scope.

• Lead infrastructure-related Transition Services Agreement (TSA) exit activities

• Track TSA dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers to ensure timely completion of TSA exit activities.
• Support planning and execution of infrastructure cutover activities.
• Manage systems integrators, infrastructure service providers, and other third-party vendors.
• Establish delivery expectations and hold partners accountable for timelines, scope, quality, and commitments.
• Lead regular vendor status meetings and drive resolution of delivery issues.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple vendors and internal technology teams.

• Establish and maintain strong project governance and delivery discipline.
• Maintain RAID logs, action items, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting

• Prepare and present updates for leadership and steering committees.
• Coordinate stakeholders across infrastructure, security, applications, business teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Coordinate cutover readiness across infrastructure work streams and vendors.
• Monitor post-cutover activities and help drive resolution of residual issues.
• Support transition into steady-state operations following successful stabilization.

• 8–12 years of experience in IT project, program, or delivery management.
• Direct experience with IT infrastructure separation, carve-outs, divestitures, or M&A technology programs
  .
• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure TSA exits
  .
• Experience coordinating large systems integrators and multiple third-party infrastructure vendors.
• Strong experience with project governance, including RAID management, executive reporting, steering committees, risk management, and dependency tracking
  .
• Experience managing complex infrastructure programs involving multiple technology work streams.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure domains including network, cloud, identity, compute, data center, and end-user computing
  .
• Experience with infrastructure cutovers, transition activities, and post-cutover stabilization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, and escalation skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.
• Ability to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ at least 3 days per week

• Previous experience in M&A, divestiture, carve-out, or infrastructure separation programs
  .
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or similar enterprise environments.
• Experience working directly with large systems integrators and managed service providers.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure transformation and standalone technology environments.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project/program management certification

• TSA exit activities completed according to agreed requirements.
• Successful infrastructure cutover with minimal business disruption.
