SAP ARIBA Consultant (GC-USC)

• Should Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment. Should be able to lead small projects with team.
• Should know how to prepare Solution Blue print, Functional design Documents, Integration documents, process design documents.
• Should be able to prepare content as necessary to conduct solution workshops.
• Should have good understanding to conduct workshops with client to gather high level requirements.
• Have the ability to conduct and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) necessary for the project.
• Have good presentation skills to present Conference Room Pilot (CRP) to demonstrate the solution and capture user feedback.
• Should have the ability to convert high level requirements to low level requirements.
• Should be good at defining the business process, business requirements, process flows and diagrams.
• Should be proficient at Updating Ariba Workbooks - Enablement Workbook / Header Fields Workbook / Process Design Workbook / Content Workbook.
• Should be able to delegate relevant work to team members, track the progress, and resolve issues.
• Should be expert to review Technical Design Document with team.
• Support testing related activities (ST, SIT and UAT) as deemed necessary.
• Resolve the test defects.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Handle co-ordination with different teams including SAP Ariba team.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
