We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with business partnership to deliver high-value analytics across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business functions.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience within the SAP ecosystem, modern cloud data platforms, and enterprise BI technologies while also possessing strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills.

This position will play a key role in both supporting our current SAP-based reporting environment and helping build our next-generation enterprise analytics platform powered by SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Databricks, Snowflake, and AI-enabled self-service analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.

• Experience implementing SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Experience with SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with zero-copy integration between SAP and Databricks/Snowflake.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics and Conversational BI.
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Develop semantic models and business-friendly data models for enterprise reporting.
• Extract and model data from SAP S/4
  
  HANA using SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Build reusable KPI frameworks and standardized reporting metrics.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across enterprise reporting.
• Design analytics solutions using Databricks and Snowflake.
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise applications including logistics, manufacturing systems, historian systems, and operational platforms.
• Build scalable semantic layers for enterprise analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to validate and optimize enterprise data pipelines.
• Support Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) based analytics architecture.

• Support implementation of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Develop semantic layers and ontology supporting AI-driven analytics.
• Enable Conversational BI and Self-Service Analytics capabilities.
• Support zero-copy integration between SAP BDC and Databricks/Snowflake.
• Help define enterprise analytics architecture and future reporting strategy.
