Carter Will Search is partnered with an AmLaw firm that is seeking a 3–4 year associate with strong public company and securities experience to join its Corporate & Capital Markets practice.
What You’ll Do- Draft and review 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and proxy statements
- Advise on SEC reporting and compliance
- Support public offerings and capital markets transactions
- Counsel on corporate governance and board matters
- Work on public company M&A and strategic transactions
- 3–4 years advising public companies
- Hands-on SEC filing experience
- Exposure to capital markets transactions
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- NJ or MA bar admission (or eligibility)
This is an excellent opportunity for a midlevel associate who wants to deepen their public company and securities platform within a collaborative, sophisticated team environment.
