Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on litigation experience to support a fast-paced practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests/responses
• Manage and organize high volumes of legal documentation
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Conduct background reviews and case file analysis
• Maintain and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court filings
• Assist with case strategy by anticipating next steps in the litigation process
• Accurately track and bill time, crafting clear and defensible narratives to support billable work

• 5+ years of litigation experience (defense-side strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of billing practices and the ability to draft detailed time-entry narratives
• Experience in personal injury litigation (defense-oriented experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and team members
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously

Candidates with primary experience in plaintiff-side work, family law, real estate law, or employment law will not be considered for this role.
