We have a current opening for a Vendor Managed Inventory Planner and are actively reviewing applications.

VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) is an inventory management system that allows Ferrero to actively monitor and maintain in-stock inventory levels of our key customers. The VMI Planner will manage order frequency and volume, mitigate out of stock risk, while optimizing supply chain efficiencies.

This role reports to the VMI Manager, whom, in conjunction with the Customer Logistics Director, support the strategic implementation of VMI across key Customers. The VMI Planner is responsible for setting replenishment forecasting and has the authority to place customer purchase orders as needed.

• Lead VMI order execution.
• Provide uninterrupted support of customer inventory levels and supply chain efficiencies.
• Identify and elevate system or process inefficiencies that negatively impact customer in-stock position or supply chain optimization.
• Identify system and/or process improvement opportunities to the VMI manager, cross-functional teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Work in a matrix capacity within supply chain, sales, and transportation teams to prioritize orders and ensure complete fulfillment for seasonal and everyday order volume.
• Maintain accurate replenishment forecasts by analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory positions and customer (OTIF) performance levels.
• Generate Supply Chain cost savings through order saturation (mix and volume) and truckload optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration
• 3-4 Years Supply Chain / Customer Logistics / VMI (preferred)
• 3-4 Years of SAP/CRM
• VMI & EDI Preferred

The base salary range for this position is $74,000 - $99,000 annually
. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
