About the roleThe Project Manager for Warehouse Transfers in North America will play a key role in executing strategic transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain function, specifically focusing on the Essential Home Disentanglement (EHD) plan. You will enhance efficiency and excellence in our transfer processes by leading a diverse team and managing complex, cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and integrate warehouse operations.
Reporting to the Lead PMO, you will serve as a vital link between the project management office and warehouse functions, significantly strengthening our operational capabilities in a company that values innovation.
- Leadership and Oversight:
Lead the design and execution of warehouse transfer projects, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, established methodologies, and reporting standards. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution of warehouse transfer projects and drive innovation in processes. - Continuous Improvement:
Implement best practices in process optimization and change management to enhance warehouse efficiency. - Project Management:
Drive successful warehouse transfers by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, ensuring measurable operational improvements. - Data Analysis:
Leverage advanced data analytics techniques to evaluate project performance, synthesizing findings into actionable insights that enhance decision-making processes. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support project initiatives. - Progress Reporting:
Prepare and present regular progress reports to executive leadership and other key stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. - Change Management:
Facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. - Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with warehouse transfers and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Training and Support:
Coordinate training and support staff involved in warehouse operations to ensure they are equipped to adapt to new processes and technologies. - Performance Metrics:
