About the roleThe Associate Brand Manager (ABM) plays a key role in driving innovation-led growth across brands within the homecare category. This position resides within the US Marketing function and reports to the Innovation Brand Manager. The ABM is responsible for leading the innovation pipeline, from concept through commercialization, and will support brand development by identifying growth opportunities, shaping category strategy, and ensuring strong execution.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the future and success of multiple brands while developing essential marketing and business management skills.
- NPD Project Management and Ownership – Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver innovation projects on time and in full (OTIF)
- Champion Innovation Pipeline – Secure stakeholder alignment new product launches across three brands
- Support Long‑Term Innovation Strategy – Contribute to the development and execution of innovation plans that drive sustainable sales and profitability
- Assist in Shaping Category Strategy – Ensure innovation efforts align with overall business and category goals
- Translate Insights into Actionable Strategies – Leverage consumer and customer insights to inform innovation direction and execution
- Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing – Identify trade needs and facilitate speed‑to‑market for new products, programs, and service
- 2‑5 years of experience in innovation, preferably in a CPG environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with financial and commercial acumen
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and proactive in problem‑solving
- Data driven mindset – experience in Nielsen/Circana/Numerator is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

US pay transparencyOur compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $109,000 - $136,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
