CMI Media Group, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Director, Client Finance.

In this role, you will:

• Be the Architect of Operational Excellence: Lead and inspire the Media Operations group, ensuring seamless workflow, optimal productivity, and a laser focus on exceeding client expectations.
• Champion Financial Acumen: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including SOW creation and tracking, budget management, resource allocation, and contract negotiation.
• Cultivate a Culture of Learning: Establish a dynamic environment that fosters organizational learning, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across all media teams.
• Empower and Develop Talent: Mentor and guide Directors and team members, providing support, fostering professional growth, and ensuring a positive and rewarding work environment.
• Drive Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices, streamline workflows, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall team performance.

• Leadership & Vision: 8+ years of proven management experience in the marketing/communications industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Process Optimization Expert: Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• People & Culture Champion: Passion for fostering a positive and supportive work environment, with a strong commitment to mentorship, professional development, and team building.
• Healthcare Industry Expertise: Extensive understanding of marketing concepts within the pharmaceutical and patient markets, with a strong knowledge of media planning across all channels—traditional and digital.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $90,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
