Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage, nurture, and expand relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a client‑facing environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer success. This role focuses on strengthening existing partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives to maximize client value and business outcomes.

Candidates with prior experience working at large system integrators (e.g., TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra) supporting healthcare domain clients will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients and internal teams
- Build deep understanding of customer needs, objectives, and challenges
- Identify opportunities to expand services, solutions, and engagement scope
- Proactively propose solutions aligned with client business goals
- Drive account growth through strategic planning and relationship management
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Monitor account performance, risks, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager / Account Manager
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong business acumen and customer‑centric mindset
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience managing accounts within the Healthcare domain
- Background working with large system integrators
- Experience in IT services / consulting / staffing environments
