Your Role:- Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process
- Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management
- Have a solid background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
- Possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
- Are results-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance

YourSchedule:
Based in the Parsippany, NJ office Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays

- Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals
- Must have industry experience
