In this role, you will partner closely with technology, data, and product stakeholders to understand business and data requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality data solutions. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and platforms that provision trusted data to internal and external consumers.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in an Agile environment.

On a typical day, you will:

• Data Engineering & Analysis
  • Analyze data sources and requirements to design and implement data solutions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and integrations using standard engineering frameworks, platforms, and tools.
  • Write high‑quality, performant SQL and code to provision data for analytics, reporting, and downstream consumption.
  • Ensure solutions align with established Data Architecture and Engineering standards.
• Agile Delivery
  • Participate in daily scrums to align on sprint priorities, blockers, and upcoming work.
  • Plan and execute tasks within sprints or new project initiatives.
  • Drive data‑related requirements with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation
  • Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation of data designs, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Support knowledge sharing and enable data consumers to understand and use data effectively.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with stakeholders, peers, and other engineers to ensure data requirements are met.
  • Partner with other data engineers and teams to design efficient, scalable, and secure data solutions.
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
  • Tackle complex data challenges and proactively seek solutions.
  • Continuously learn new tools and technologies and apply them in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with data in a technology organization.
• Strong hands‑on experience designing and implementing data solutions and pipelines.
• Advanced SQL skills (required).
• Solid understanding of relational and non‑relational database concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Databricks (compute, storage, security)
  • AWS data services and cloud infrastructure
• Experience developing data visualizations.
• Strong requirements analysis and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross‑functional team.

• 3–5 years of overall industry experience with data engineering and implementation of data solutions.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
