We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Lead to drive end-to-end solution design and development within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and CI/CD practices. This role requires both deep technical proficiency and strong leadership capabilities to guide development teams and ensure best-in-class Salesforce implementations.
RequiredTechnical & Functional Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Forecasting.
- Expertise in Apex development (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Schedulers).
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern UI development practices.
- Strong knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Salesforce Permission Models.
- Deep understanding of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Data Model, and Data Management best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Salesforce CLI.
- Experience with deployments using Copado and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud solution design and technical architecture.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Apex components (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Schedulers) following best practices.
- Architect and deliver high-quality Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enhanced user experiences within Salesforce.
- Drive automation, security, and data integrity using Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Automation tools.
- Define and implement scalable data models aligned with business requirements.
- Oversee Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms where applicable.
- Manage deployment processes and release management using Copado and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security standards, and performance best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
