Engineer to support the development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for the Power and Control Actuation Systems (PAS) business unit. Theapplicantshould have a background in Software

Engineering with experience in embedded software development and/or hardware (equipment) automation.

• Participate in the development of System Requirements Documentation and provide support through the development lifecycle(PDR, CDR, Validation, Fielding).
• Develop Software Design Documents (including Test Plans).
• Design and Implement High Level GUI Windows Applications in C#using Visual Studio IDE. Database Backend (MS SQL, SQLite,etc.) experience is a plus.
• Designand implementfirmwarein
  
  CusingTI’s Code Composer.
• Experience with Lab View (Real Time and Lab View FPGA is a plus)
• Able to use and program various laboratory equipment (e.power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)used toautomate testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose issues with test equipment systems anddetermineroot cause and corrective actions (RCCA)
• Work with outside vendors and suppliers.

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering,or similarisrequired
• Experience designing test systemsutilizinga Test Console and Interface Test Adapter (ITA)
• Must be a US Citizen

This position is at our Parsippany NJ office location.

$137,000- $150,000 per year
