- Thursday Labette Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Receptionist to join our Wound Care Clinic team. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient clinic experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.###

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner
* Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic calendars
* Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and obtain necessary documentation
* Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
* Maintain accurate patient records and enter information into the electronic medical record system
* Collect co-pays and assist with patient paperwork as needed
* Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinic staff
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
* Assist with other clerical duties to support clinic operations### Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
* Basic computer and data entry skills required
* Experience with electronic medical records preferred EOE### Posted:
