** Manage visitor access to create a more secure environment and provide a one stop source for information, support and customer service for all Dayton Children’s Guests. Assist with way finding, Serve as a resource for all department(s)/division(s). Assist all visitors through the main lobby. Exemplify superior customer service skills. Staff are engaging, helpful, and informative. Answers the information desk telephone and directs calls to proper numbers.
