As a Service Advisor, you will be vital in scheduling appointments, relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, reviewing service history, while also providing and explaining accurate cost estimates.

• Assist customers/technicians/wholesale customers in selecting
• Required Parts, Suggest Companion Requirements, Offer Specials, And ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries to assure customer needs are handled to best abilities.
• Determine availability of part, if not in stock, and submit overnight order if requested by the customer or advisor.
• Ensure that the daily inventory or technicians  time is consistently sold to customers.
• Set up part orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
• Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers and co-workers
• Keep tidy workspace
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed, personal appearance
