Site Inspector; Electrical​/Infra – Saudi National

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra) to join our team! The Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra) is responsible for day-to-day site supervision, inspection, and quality control. The role ensures that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards, with particular focus on luxury hotel/resort requirements, guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Solid experience in hospitality projects (5 stars hotels/resorts - completed projects) is a must.

• Inspect and monitor MV/LV power distribution (substations, panels, DBs), Internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, Earthing, bonding, lightning protection, Cable containment (trays, trunking, conduits), Electrical infrastructure networks and power provisions for ELV systems
• Check compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Raise and close inspection requests, record non-conformances, and follow up corrective actions.
• Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate on site with civil, mechanical, architectural, and ELV teams.
• Prepare brief daily reports, checklists, and snag lists.
• Ensure safe working practices in all electrical activities.
• Maintain neat, concealed, and operator-compliant installations in guest rooms, public areas, BOH and external zones.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in large-scale projects.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and in a fast-track environment.
• Team player, proactive, with problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of international procedures, design guides, automated and administrative practices.
• Good knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, earthing, and basic ELV interfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; AutoCAD an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work under pressure.
