Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Inspector to join our team! In this role you will get to provide advice and assist Project and Construction Management in the formulation, implementation, and management of major project safety plans. You will work on one of the unique hospitality projects in the kingdom. Solid experience in hospitality projects (5 star hotels/resorts – completed projects) is a must.

• Advise and assist the most senior construction site representative in the establishment and management of ESHARP Management and Parsons SH&E processes, identifying and eliminating/controlling any hazards to persons and property.
• Audit and inspect the job site to detect and correct safety hazards.
• Supervise first aid personnel in providing first aid care of occupationally injured or ill personnel.
• Audit the job accident records and periodically prepare an audit report of these records.
• Initiate and conduct accident investigations and prepare job accident reports.
• Represent management during safety inspections of the job site by regulatory authorities or company insurance carriers.
• Receive, review and distribute safety inspection reports with recommended corrective actions.
• Provide oversight to the new hire safety orientation process and other safety related training.
• Conduct risk assessments for upcoming work and provide technical assistance to the safety planning process.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent or Diploma in safety, health, and environmental/loss prevention or any relevant engineering disciplines from an accredited university.
• Recognized Health and Safety education, certifications ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, license or training in KSA (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, Audit ISO Qualifications, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.).
• Minimum 3+ years of construction supervision experience.
• KSA Driving License required.
• Preferably with relevant experience working in an engineering consulting firm and infrastructure projects.
• Preferably with experience in KSA.
