This role involves working closely with Physical Therapists to assist in patient treatment plans, helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and independence.

*** Assist in executing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
* Instruct and guide patients through prescribed exercises and mobility techniques
* Monitor, document, and report patient progress and any concerns to the Physical Therapist
* Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques for continued progress at home
* Ensure a safe and encouraging rehabilitation environment

*** Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
* Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and provide hands-on patient care
* Problem-solving skills to adjust treatments based on patient progress
* Physical stamina to assist patients with movement and rehabilitation exercises
* Attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting
