* About the role:

** Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a
** Seasonal Pool Bartender
** to join our energetic and professional team, providing exceptional service in a vibrant poolside setting. In this role, you will craft and serve refreshing beverages, engage with guests to create memorable experiences, and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area. We are looking for skilled, friendly, and detail-oriented individuals with a passion for hospitality and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests.

* What you will do:

*
* * Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
* Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
* Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.
* Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
* Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.

* What you bring:

*** High school education or equivalent experience.
* Minimim of 2 years previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet
* Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
* Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
* The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests.
* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

* While this is a seasonal role with a defined end date, there may be opportunities for long-term employment based on business needs and performance.
* Open availability is preferred & weekend avaialbity is required.
* Must be available to work holidays.
* Part time position, 3-4 days a week.
