ABOUT THE POSITION
The Human Resources (HR)
Coordinator is a professional whois responsible for completing the administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. TheywillsassistHR managers with recruitment,maintain employee records,assist with payrollprocessingand provide administrative support to all employees.
Location: Parsons, KS
Key Deliverables- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Organizing andmaintainingpersonnel records, entering new hire data, and updating anypreviousemployees’ data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing referencechecksand issuing employment contracts.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HReventsandmaintainagendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records ofnew staff.
- Produce andsubmitreports on general HR activity.
- Identify potential areas of improvement and propose changes to processes
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keepup-to-datewith the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources and business operations.
- Strong senseof collaboration and teamwork.
- Service minded with a focus on quality and accountability of work.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively speak publicly and make presentations
- Ability towritereports, policies, procedures, and business correspondence
