Payroll Customer Service Specialist – SKIL Fiscal Agent Summary
Provide support to employers contracting with the Agency to receive payroll services for their Direct Support Workers. Assist SKIL customers and their Direct Support Workers (DSWs) with initial hire packet information ensuring they are set up in the payroll computerized system to begin working with their employer. Must provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with customers/employers and their DSWs.
EssentialJob Functions
- Prepare initial DSW file.
- Ensure all documents are completely filled out and signed.
- Assist with confirming all packet information is completed and cleared, including background checks, before DSW begins working for customer.
- Send Authenti Care number to each DSW including instructions. Enter required data into SKIL’s computerized payroll program.
- Place file in assigned file cabinet.
