Machine Operators

Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Operate assigned machinery such as resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.

+ Complete operator maintenance programs (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety (90) days of employment.

+ Use saws, drills, and grinders to support manufacturing processes.

+ Consistently meet production requirements and quality standards.

+ Identify and correct unsafe or defective products to ensure safety and quality.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED preferred.

+ 2-5 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

+ Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

+ Basic math skills and familiarity with tape measure use.

+ Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures and use required PPE at all times.
