This Position pays $23.58 per hour! We're looking for a full-time, Explosives Operator to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Parsons, Kansas. As the Explosives Operator, here's the work you'll do:

• Operates a computer intecont, a loss-in-weight feeder and thermocouple thermometer for melts using kettles (5 gal., 50 gal., and 250 gal.)
• Activates and monitors systems associated with Explosive Melt System for all types of explosives.
• Ensures there are explosives ready for each pour at the start and end of each day.
• Complies with operation-approved standard operating procedures.
• Coordinates pre and post system checks and cleans up as required on all floors.

And if you have these qualifications:
High School and/or equivalent. Minimum 6 months experience in operating and monitoring of production equipment. Forklift License preferred.
