Production Supervisor

Supervising Fabrication and Production Execution

• Maintaining departmental scheduling to ensure on‑time delivery
• Prioritizing and delegating fabrication and assembly tasks
• Supervising cutting, fabrication, and welding stages of production
• Participating in weekly production meetings and communicating updates to the team
• Coordinating with the Production Coordinator to ensure plasma cut part accuracy
• Collaborating with the Quality Manager to implement quality standards
• Training new employees and promoting a safe working environment
• Monitoring job clock‑ins and minimizing rework

Success in this role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We’re looking for a professional who demonstrates:
