Quality Inspector/Bundlers – Day and Night Shifts Available

Penmac Staffing is hiring Quality Inspectors / Bundlers for a leading manufacturing company. These temp-to-hire positions are ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll work at the end of the production line inspecting finished boxes, bundling them into shipping cartons, and stacking pallets for delivery to customers.

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, $15/hour
• Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am, $16/hour
• Overtime as required

• Inspect boxes for imperfections such as adhesive issues, soft edges, or print defects.
• Bundle and pack boxes into shipping cartons according to specifications.
• Stack cartons on pallets for shipment.
• Calculate quantities per carton to optimize space and materials.
• Communicate with team leads and report if reject rate exceeds 10%.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with shift cleanup.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork are essential.
