Education RequirementsAssociate’s degree (A.D.N.) from a two‑year college or Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.N.) from a four‑year college and successful completion of a prescribed curriculum of study that has led to licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas. Demonstrates experience as a licensed nurse on a staff level. Preferably has at least two years of successful practice in nursing and previous labor, delivery, post partum, and nursery experience.
If no experience is present, on‑the‑job training will be completed.
CPR; NRP;
Basic fetal monitoring;
Advanced fetal monitoring;
Intermediate fetal monitoring; STABLE (optional).
