** Requirements:
*** Must be able to travel to Cedar Falls locations, Creekside in Grundy Center, Parkview in Reinbeck, and Grand JiVante in Ackley.  And other future locations of WHC.
* Full-time employees must work 3 self-scheduled weekend shifts a month OR choose an on-call weekend
* Part-time employees must work 2 self-scheduled shifts a month or choose an on-call weekend
* Must work 2 self-scheduled holidays
** How you’ll impress us:
*** You will be willing to work in a team environment
* You will be reliable and attend scheduled shifts
* You will ensure resident's rights are adhered to
* You will coordinates preparation and planning of resident admission; giving proper recognition to the real and potential contribution of family and others in planning nursing care
* You will accurately administer all medications, treatments, and physician orders; taking ultimate responsibility for resident care
* You Provide for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of residents and emotional support to families
* You can assist with supervising, assists, consulting with, and teaching certified nursing assistants

* What you will need:

*** A positive attitude
* Reliable transportation
* Must possess a current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
* Experience/ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public.
* Prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.
