* Position Summary:

** As a PCT/CNA on our Med-Surg floor, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff by assisting with basic patient care needs and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility)
* Take and record vital signs and input/output measurements
* Provide support during patient transfers and ambulation
* Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff
* Ensure patient rooms and equipment are clean and properly maintained
* Offer compassionate, respectful care to patients and families
*
* Qualifications:

*** Current Kansas CNA certification preferred, not required
* BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
* Previous hospital or Med-Surg experience preferred, not required
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
