Shift Supervisor – Food Service
Shift Supervisor at Braum’s leads day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant and food service area. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience and is essential to maintaining the company’s brand strategy, vision, mission and values.
Shift & Work ScheduleShift: 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday‑Saturday, with an expected 45‑hour work week on a rotating 3‑week schedule. Report to Assistant Manager.
CompensationHourly rate: $14.50 – $15.00 (annual salary: $35,500 – $37,000).
Responsibilities- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum’s food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
- Share responsibility for ensuring Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
- Customer focus.

- Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all team members.
- Ability to build a successful team and create an environment of trust.
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.

- Organized and detail oriented; able to follow practices/procedures.
- Retail experience.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
