Shift Supervisor – Food Service

Shift Supervisor at Braum’s leads day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant and food service area. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience and is essential to maintaining the company’s brand strategy, vision, mission and values.

Shift: 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday‑Saturday, with an expected 45‑hour work week on a rotating 3‑week schedule. Report to Assistant Manager.

Hourly rate: $14.50 – $15.00 (annual salary: $35,500 – $37,000).

• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum’s food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share responsibility for ensuring Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
