Security Officer – $21.01 per hour, 12‑hour shifts as needed.

• Conduct area patrol of required areas/buildings.
• Investigate and report on all incidents.
• Follow all regulations pertaining to security operations.
• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with policies, procedures, company values, and law.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

• Exercise initiative, independent judgment, and discretion in performing duties.
• Physical Agility Test (as required).
• Professionalism – approach others tactfully, remain calm under pressure, follow through on commitments, correctly apply security rules and regulations.
• Effective communication skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in security.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Visual acuity: prepare, analyze data, transcribe documents, view computer, read, inspect objects, operate machinery.
• Balance when walking, climbing, crouching.
• Stooping: bend spine at the waist.
• Reach arms or legs in any direction.
• Lift objects more than 15 pounds.
• Walk, push or pull.
• Manual dexterity: pick, pinch, type, other tasks using fingers.
• Grasp: use hand to apply pressure.
• Climb: ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, using feet, legs, hands, arms.
• Hearing, talking.
• Capacity to think, concentrate, focus for long periods.
• Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.
• Capacity to express thoughts orally.
• Ability to withstand environmental conditions such as extreme heat or cold, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.
